1. Accessing Application Review
You can reach the Application Review screen in several ways:

From your Department Dashboard, locate the student’s Application Submitted card and click the Reference Number.

Alternatively, navigate to Recruit → Opportunities or Operations → Applications, then search for the student.

3. Review the Application Details
Reviewing an Application
Within the Application Review form, you can perform several key actions to evaluate and process a student’s application.
View Application Details

Review important information such as the student’s program, term, and application status.

You can also view any Letters of Recommendation or Consent Forms that are linked to the application.

You can view the Supplemental Items here as well to verify the completion status of each one.

Once all supplemental items have been verified:

4. Add Shared Notes (Optional)
Add Shared Notes (Optional)
If you want to share comments with your review team:

Scroll down to Shared Notes.

Enter any observations or reminders you want others to see.

Notes will be visible to all assigned reviewers.

5. Record Your Recommendation

Tip: Some programs use “Quick Admit” options — confirm with the Admissions department which action to select if you are unsure.
6. Complete the Review
