Recruit Application Review Guide

1. Accessing Application Review

You can reach the Application Review screen in several ways:

  • From your Department Dashboard, locate the student’s Application Submitted card and click the Reference Number.

  • Alternatively, navigate to Recruit → Opportunities or Operations → Applications, then search for the student.

  • Once inside the student’s record,  Select Application Review in the Application Funnel

2. Open the Application Review

  • In the Application Folder, locate the Conditions and Reviews section.

  • Select it to open

  • Click on the white space next to your name under the list of reviewers.

    • This opens your individual review form.

3. Review the Application Details

Reviewing an Application

Within the Application Review form, you can perform several key actions to evaluate and process a student’s application.

  View Application Details

  • Review important information such as the student’s program, term, and application status.

  • You can also view any Letters of Recommendation or Consent Forms that are linked to the application.

  • You can view the Supplemental Items here as well to verify the completion status of each one.

Complete the Review

Once all supplemental items have been verified:

  • Return to the Application Review tab.

  • Proceed to complete your review or update the application decision as appropriate.

 

 

If you need to go back and check on the Supplemental Items, you can locate them using the steps below:

To confirm that all required documents have been received:

  • Navigate to the Applicant tab.

  • Locate the Supplemental Items section to verify completion status for each item.

  • Scroll down the page.

  • On the left side of the screen, under the Supplements section, you’ll see the list of Supplemental Items.

4. Add Shared Notes (Optional)

If you want to share comments with your review team:

  1. Scroll down to Shared Notes.

  2. Enter any observations or reminders you want others to see.

  3. Notes will be visible to all assigned reviewers.

5. Record Your Recommendation

  • In the Recommended Action field select the magnifying glass and choose one of the following:

    • Applicant Accepted (AA)

    • Denied (DEN)

  • Add any comments to support your recommendation.

Tip: Some programs use “Quick Admit” options — confirm with the Admissions department which action to select if you are unsure.

6. Complete the Review

  • Change the Review Status to Completed.

    • This signals that your portion of the review is finished.

  • Save and close the record.
