Resetting Your Admissions Application Password (Student Guide)

Forgot Your Password

On the Sign In screen, select/click “Forgot your password?”

Enter the email address linked to your account. Select/Click "Send Email"

Select/Click Return to sign in

Check your email inbox for an email from "SJR State Admin"

  • select/click the Reset Password link
  • Copy and paste the link in your browser 

Enter your new password

Create a password that's at least 12 characters long, includes a symbol (e.g., !, @), and avoids easy guesses.

Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for extra security.

Note: if you contact us by email or with a ticket we must be able to reach you by phone to verify your identity.

Inquiry Account Not Activated

If you created your account while submitting a Program Inquiry, you must activate your account using the activation email before you can reset your password.

If you did not complete the activation step, the password reset option will not work. Please contact the IT Help Desk at 386-312-4142 to have your activation email resent so you can complete setup.
