Uploading Your Documents                                                           Back to Top

How to Upload Documents in Recruit

Admissions Application

Sometimes your application will ask you to upload things like your Residency Form or photo ID. Here’s how to do it step by step:

( Transcripts and Test Scores are not accepted through uploading)

Get Ready First

  • Make sure you have your files saved on your computer or phone.
  • Best format = PDF (but JPG/PNG pictures usually work too).
  • Try to name files clearly, like: Smith_Alex_Transcript.pdf.

Step-by-Step (Laptop or Desktop)

  1. Log in to your Recruit account (the same place you started your application).
  2. Go to My Applications (or My Profile) and click on your application.
  3. Look for the Documents or Attachments tab.
  4. Click Add / Upload / Attach Document (the button wording may vary).
  5. Pick the document type from the list (for example: ID, Residency).
  6. Click Choose File / Browse, then find the file on your device.
  7. Hit Upload / Save.
  8. Make sure the file now shows up in your list with the right name.

Tips for Phone Uploads (this should only be done by the Student)

  • If you only have paper copies, take a clear photo (good lighting, no blur).
  • Crop the photo so only the document shows.
  • Save it as a PDF if possible (many free apps can convert).
  • Upload the same way through your browser on your phone.

Common Problems

  • File won’t upload? → Try saving it as a PDF.
  • File too big? → Lower the photo quality or split into 2 files.
  • Still not working? → Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

After You Upload

  • You’ll see the file listed under Documents.
  • Status might say Received or Pending Review — that’s normal.
  • Admissions staff will review it.

If You Get Stuck

Contact Admissions or IT right away. They can confirm what documents you need and help if the system isn’t working for you.
