A request for assistance with Classroom Audio/Visual equipment. This includes Projectors, Speakers, or other non-computer A/V equipment.

Faculty, Staff, and anyone using an on-campus classroom with Audio/Visual equipment.
How do I request this service?
Call the Helpdesk at 386-312-4142 (x4142 from SJRState phones), submitting a ticket with the "Request Service" button on this page, or E-mailing ITDepartment@SJRState.edu
What information is needed?
Room Number, Source of the Incident/Service Request, Information on the error.
What happens after I make my request?
Once the request is made, a technician will begin troubleshooting remotely, and come to classrom to assist if needed. If additional information is needed, a Helpdesk Technician will reach out to you.
