Printer/Scanner/Fax Assistance

What is this service?

This is a request for assistance with issues on Printers, Scanners, Copiers, and Fax machines. Use this request so a Technician can assist in resolving these issues.

Who is this service for?

Faculty, Staff, and anyone using an on-campus Printer

How do I request this service?

Use the "Report Issue" button on this page, e-mail "ITDepartment@SJRState.edu" , or call the Helpdesk at 386-312-4142

What information is needed?

The Printer Name (ex PACHPA0123P1), or printer's Room Number/ Location

What happens after I make my request?

Once the request is made, a technician will begin troubleshooting remotely, and come to the printer to assist if needed. If additional information is needed, a  Helpdesk Technician will reach out to you.
