What is this service?

This is a service for requesting assistance with credentials, passwords, lockouts, and other sign-in issues for SJRState Staff/Faculty members.

Who is this service for?

SJRState Staff/Faculty members, and other types of employees using an on-campus computer for College business.

How do I request this service?

By Calling the I.T. Helpdesk at 386-312-4142, E-mailing ITDepartment@SJRState.edu , or using the "Request Access" button on this page.

What information is needed?

Biographical information for identity verification, and type of access being attempted. Username being used for login preferred.

What happens after I make my request?

A Technician will reach out to you to assist with your credential/access request.
