Password Reset (Student)

What is this service?

A request for assistance resetting a Student password for Single-Sign-On (SSO on MySJRState, Canvas, or SJRState-provided e-mail). 

Who is this service for?

Students, Faculty and Staff who are taking classes at SJRState.

How do I request this service?

Students can reset their own password at the MySJRState Login Page . If this does not work, please use another method below.

The "Request Assistance" Button on this page, calling the Helpdesk at 386-312-4142 , or e-mailing WebHelp@SJRState.edu .

What information is needed?

Have your Name, Last address you had on file with SJRState, DOB, and Last four of your SSN on hand for identity verification purposes. Do not send this information but please have it available.

What happens after I make my request?

A Helpdesk Technician will give an itemized list of what needs to be done in what order when you call the Helpdesk at 386-312-4142, or when they reach out to you after you fill out your request.
