Locked Applicaiton Review

Fixing a Locked Application Review Stage in Recruit

If the Application Review stage shows a lock and you cannot enter a decision, use one of the two methods below to unlock it.

Option 1 — Reset the Application Status (Quickest Fix)

  1. Open the Application record.

  2. In the Application Information section, select Override Status.

  3. Change the status to “Started” and save.

  4. Refresh the page.

  5. Select Override Status again.

  6. Change the status back to “Submitted” and save.

  7. Refresh the page.
    This forces Recruit to resync the application and usually clears the lock.

Option 2 — Reset the Funnel Stage on the Application Folder

  1. From the Application record, open the Application Folder.

  2. Select Override Status.

  3. Change the funnel stage from “Application Review” to “Application Submitted” and save.

  4. Refresh the page.

  5. Select Override Status again.

  6. Change the funnel stage back to “Application Review” and save.

  7. Refresh the page.
    This resets the Application Review stage and unlocks it for editing.

After completing either option, you should be able to enter a Proposed Decision and continue processing the application.
