  • Recruiter Dashboard: Pin a dashboard with My Prospects, Tasks, and Events.

Where is Advanced Find? Use Filter → Add Row/Group → Save as View.

Wrong sender? In Email dialog, check the “From” field.

List looks empty? Remove “My Records Only” filter if applied.
