When signing into your account, there will be a Forgot My Password link below the password field. Click this link.
Step 2
After confirming your email address in the Email or Username field, complete the captcha and click next.
Step 3
Choose and complete one of the verification methods you previously setup. These options are a text/call to a number you provided or answering your security questions
Step 4
Create a new password. The new password must be 12 characters long, requires a capital letter, a special character, and a number.
