How to find and use the Class List Summary

The following items are now combined into a single page:
• Class Roster
• Detail Class List
• Summary Class List

These are all accessed from the Class List Summary page, which can be reached from the Faculty Dashboard Card or the Faculty Detail Schedule.
Instructions below explain how to get to the page and use it.

Class List link on the Faculty Dashboard Card

Under the Scheduling and Office Hours section, select Class List Summary.

Select the term you want to view.

All available terms will display. You can search by CRN or Course Title using the search field on the right.

Select the CRN or Course Title hyperlink to view additional course details.

Double Click on the Subject or any white area in the same line of the class to open the Class List.

Class List from the Faculty Detail Schedule Page

The Faculty Detail Schedule page displays a faculty member's teaching schedule for a selected academic term.
Select Faculty Detail Schedule from the Faculty Dashboard Card

Enter the term and CRN for your class, then select class from the bottom
 
From this page, you can access the Roster>Class List

Using the Class List Summary

From the Class List Summary, you can:

  • Print a printer-friendly version of the class list

  • Download or export the class list as an Excel file

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  • Email students directly from the page by selecting one or more students and then selecting the email icon

    • The email will open in your default email application

  • Selecting a student’s name opens their Student Profile, where you can view the courses they are currently registered for.

Common Issues and Fixes

  • If the Email button on the Class List does not respond, follow the steps outlined in the article

    If the issue continues, contact the Help Desk using one of the support options listed at the bottom of the page.

  • Page not found error when clicking on the link, Clear the cache in your browser or try another browser
