Grades and Academic Review
This section encompasses Grade Entry, Student Academic Review, Student Registration History, Academic Misconduct Reporting, and the Attendance Warnings, No-Shows & Instructor Withdrawal System.
Grade Entry
Grade Entry serves as the new platform for submitting final grades.

A comprehensive guide to assist with the Grade Entry process is available.
Student Academic Review
The Student Academic Review feature allows administrators and faculty to assess a student's academic performance for a given term and, if necessary, amend their academic history by updating the rolled grades.

Student Registration History
This page provides a complete record of a student’s registration activity, irrespective of their current status or the academic term. As registration records span multiple terms, data is organized by course and term. Term-specific details are shown above the respective group of CRNs.
Navigation: If no term is selected during the session, the Select Term page appears. If a student is not selected, the Student and Advisee ID Selection page will be displayed.

Report of Academic Misconduct
This form is used to document and report incidents of academic misconduct as defined in the Student Code of Conduct.
Attendance Warnings, No-Shows & Instructor Withdrawals System
This is the established system used for tracking attendance, no-shows, and instructor-initiated withdrawals.

Scheduling and Office Hours
This section includes Faculty Detail Schedule, Faculty Week at a Glance, and Faculty Office Hours.
Faculty Detail Schedule
The Faculty Detail Schedule page displays the faculty member's teaching schedule for a selected academic term.

Faculty Week at a Glance
This tool provides a week-by-week overview of all classes taught by the instructor, including both traditional and open learning courses.

Faculty Office Hours
Faculty can view and modify their office hours for a specific class using this page

Course Materials
This section pertains to the Faculty Syllabus page, which allows faculty to manage syllabus details, course objectives, required materials, and technical prerequisites.

Student Views
This section includes the Student Centric Period and Student Week at a Glance tools.
Student Centric Period
The Student Schedule by Centric Period page shows all courses a student is enrolled in for the selected term, categorized by their centric period. To access this page, the following steps are required:
Select a term from the Select Term page.
Enter a student or faculty ID in the Student and Faculty Advisee Selection page.
Confirm the student's details on the Student Verification page.
Courses are displayed based on the most recent term, subject, course number, and section
Student Week at a Glance
This page provides a weekly overview of a student’s classes based on the Additional Registration Record created at the time of registration. Faculty members can access specific course details through CRN links.
Online Catalog
This section provides access to the Online Catalog, which contains detailed information on available programs.
