Reduce size of PDF Windows Computers

1. Open PDF Document in Adobe Acrobat.
2. click on Menu in the upper right had corner.
3. Click on save as other and select Reduced size PDF.
4. Choose where to save new PDF document on your computer.
5. The new file that is saved will be a smaller file size.

Reduce size of PDF Mac computers

1. Open PDF Document in Adobe Acrobat
2. Click on file tab in the upper right hand corner
3. Click on save as other and select reduced size PDF
4. Choose where to save new PDF document on your computer.
5. The new file that is saved will be a smaller file size.
