SAAADMS Checklist
On SAAADMS click the tab at the top for Checklist
This should show all Colleges, High Schools and any other checklist item that is needed.
If this does not reflect what you know is on SOAPCOL or SOAHSCH, double check SOAPCOL or SOAHSCH
Check SOAPCOL or SOAHSCH
Go to SOAPCOL or SOAHSCH to verify that the transcripts show here
If they do not then they need to be added ( you can proceed to refresh checklist after that)
If they do then proceed to refreshing the checklist
Refresh Checklist -Curricula Tab on SAAADMS
on SAAADMS select the correct Term and Go, proceed to the Curricula Tab
PLEASE NOTE: make note of the program
Click Replace
Put the same program number into PROGRAM, tab then save
This will refresh the checklist without changing anything
Checklist MISC
The checklist should update if a SAAADMS record is created after a SOAPCOL or SOAHSCH record has created.
This refresh satisfys that update prompt to allow the checklist to refresh the information.
