How to Clear the F-1 Visa Indicator on a Person Record

  1. Open the student’s Person record.

  2. From the Person dropdown menu, select SJRS Update Profile Form.

  3. Once the form opens, scroll down until you see the section titled “Are You a Student Needing an F1 Visa?”

  4. Change the answer to “No.”

  5. Click Save to update the record.

How to Return to the Application and Send to ERP

  1. From the SJRS Update Profile Form, open the dropdown menu again and select Person (first option in the list).

  2. Once you’re back on the Person form, use the navigation panel in the top-left to return to the student’s Application/Opportunity record.

  3. When the application opens, click on the Applicant stage in the funnel to ensure you are on the correct application view.

  4. After selecting the Applicant stage, click Send to ERP at the top of the page.
